How to make a hot tea

  • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

    Step 1

    1 tsp

  • tea brewing temperature

    Step 2

    Boil water to 80°

  • tea brewing time

    Step 3

    Wait 3 mins

  • hot cup of tea

    Step 4

    Without milk

How to cold brew tea

  • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

    Step 1

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

This tea is amazing on its own, but fun fact is that, as its an Oolong, you can rebrew it up to 7 times and each time the flavour will change a bit!

Definitely a favourite!

Incredible blend, reminds me a lot of my favourite blend, 7 Samurai. Got a bit of everything and the flavour mixes really well. I am also a sucker for oolong. 10/10 blend, love at first sip!

Real Surprise

This was an impulse buy due to the seasonal festive name. I wasn't expecting to like this one as it is one usually taken without milk. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely delicate tea. It’s fruity and coconutty, a dream to drink hot or cold. I also made a lovely cocktail with the tea, bacardi, malibu (coconut liqueur) and milk (or would work with oat milk). It is a great tea for all year round. Hopefully it will make an appearance again sometime.
