It’s Christmastime, which means our iconic, best-selling Christmas tea, Snowball, is back for a limited time only! This coconut-y, chocolate-y, creamy treat makes the perfect tea latte that will keep you warm all festive season long.

Already have some of our Snowball tea (lucky you!) & want to make one at home instead? Follow the recipe below & learn how to whip up a luxurious, but easy-to-make latte that tastes delicious & can be made 100% vegan too!
What you will need:
- 4 Perfect Teaspoons of Snowball tea
- 300ml freshly drawn boiling water
- Teapot or strainer (we recommend Brewdini Gravity Steeper)
- 100ml of your choice (we recommend coconut milk)
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- Your favourite mug
Supercharge your latte with these optional toppings:
- Marshmallows
- Cocoa powder
- Desiccated coconut
- Whipped cream
What to do:
- First pop 4 heaped teaspoons of Snowball tea into your Brewdini Gravity Steeper then add boiling water & brew for 4 minutes. You can also use alternative teapots, strainers or tea sacs to brew your loose leaf tea.
- Strain the tea into your mug, leaving enough room for your milk.
- Gently heat your milk on the stove or in the microwave and, if you have one, use a milk frother to make it nice & frothy.
- Pour your milk over your tea & make sure you get a lovely big dollop of foam on the top. You can also add the tea & the milk to a milk frother or hot chocolate maker machine.
- Now you can add 1 pump of Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup (or honey or sugar will also work) & give it a stir.
- Finish your latte with cocoa powder, desiccated coconut & mini marshmallows to make it MEGA, along with whipped cream for a real tea time treat!
