The Best Thing In My Kitchen

"This mug has revolutionised my loose tea drinking experience!! I literally love it, the best kitchen appliance I own, hands down. The design is perfect - pop the leaves in the infuser, pop the lid on, wait for it to brew then take off the lid and it becomes a saucer for the infuser - genius!! It genuinely brings me joy every time I use it."

    Just Perfect!

"First time I have tried loose leaf tea. Bought the mug to try and it's perfect. I use a spoonful of the tea ( spoon also purchased from the same site) leave it in there for 4 minutes to brew with the lid on. Take the lid off and put the silver insert in the lid , whilst I go and drink my Buttermint brew ( side note , the best flavour ever! ) No mess, hassle free and brews the perfect cuppa. X"

    Q&A

Are you able to purchase the lid for this mug as it broke
Hello Heather, Unfortunately we don't have spares for the mugs - I'm very sorry! Andi @ B&B
hiya! i got one of these mugs for my birthday and my friend accidentally broke the lid - is there anyway we can buy the lid part ?? thanks x
Hi there, thanks for asking! I'm afraid we don't have them in stock, but do email us info@birdandblendtea.com and we might have the odd one in our warehouse! Ian @ B&B
    Is the mug ceramic? Thanks
Hey Hannah, Yes they are Ceramic :) Rhi @ B&B
Hello, little question: what does "branded" means in the list of colours please? Is there a big label on the mug? I can't see the difference on the pictures, thank you.
Hello, branded means our B&B logo appears on the item - in this case the logo is very small, not a label at all. I hope this helps Andi @ B&B
Can I put the tea infuser in the dishwasher? What is the best way to clean it after use if not.
Hi Alex, yes absolutely, the dishwasher keeps the infuser lovely and clean - it can also be hand washed of course. Andi @ B&B
