    Not impressed

    I ordered this as a birthday gift for my daughter as she has one of the cold brew bottles. I was not impressed with the packaging of the order which arrived in a plain brown paper envelope ( reminiscent of something to hide) despite the fact that we had put on the card with the order that it was a birthday gift, I expected a little more in the way of gift packaging than we got for the high price of the teas. I doubt that I will order more from this supplier.

    Thank you for your feedback and let me apologise for not meeting your expectations. We don't offer gift wrap on our orders I'm afraid and if the items being sent are small and unbreakable we use the plain brown envelopes in our drive to be more sustainable as a company, this is something very important to us. We do offer a Birthday Box of Tea in festive box but that is all. I'm very sorry but I do hope your Daughter enjoys her blends. Andi @B&B
