Ginger Beer Tea Punch

Now that the sun has come out to play, we're all spending more time in the garden having BBQ's and garden parties and here at Bird & Blend HQ, we think that having refreshing iced drinks is essential! So we have a great recipe to share with you made with our limited edition summer blend, Ginger Beer!

Serves: 3 - 4
What you will need:
- 4 Perfect Tea Spoons of Ginger Beer Tea
- 500ml water
- 500ml lemonade
- Lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- Handful of strawberries
- Mint leave
- Rum (optional)
What to do:
1. Add 4 perfect tea spoons of Ginger Beer Tea to a Cold Brew Bottle with 500ml of water. Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours- or you can make it the night before and leave it in the fridge to brew overnight!
2. Strain your Ginger Beer cold brew into a pitcher and then add 500ml of lemonade. Add 3 teaspoons of lemon juice into the pitcher, to give it a bit of an extra zing.

3. Now you need to slice up your lemon and lime, then add it to the pitcher. Next, add a few chopped up strawberries and a couple of mint leaves.
4. To serve, simply pour some delicious punch into a glass, add a strawberry, maybe even a lemon or lime wedge and a straw!
5. Enjoy!
