    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp or tea bag

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Such a treat!

    I must admit I was a little sceptical. I hadn't bought tea from Bird & Blend prior to this, so was unaware of their tea wizardry. But when it popped up in my social feed I was fascinated. Tea that tastes like creme egg? Really? But - oh my Lady Gaga it really does! A true joy in a mug, and one that I absolutely will not be sharing with anyone in my household. Well done clever Tea Wizards.
