I really enjoy this as my last tea of the day, 20 minutes or so after eating my main meal. Feels nice on the stomach and tastes great too.

In general I don't like to eat a main meal in the evening, but on a Sunday I visit my local Indian.
Coffee after would keep me awake so, for a while, I would have a Peppermint Cream Tea when I got home. I found it left me a bit "fizzy" so I tried the Digester. That seems to settle me nicely.
I can get home and have a 20-minute meditation session while the tea cools and I have a much more comfortable night.
