    Oolong tea | Low caffeine

    Milk Oolong is famous for its sweet, silky taste and beautiful shape as the leaves unfurl in your cup. We have combined this with coconut for a truly magical cuppa.

    Enjoy the creamy, hand-rolled little pearls of loveliness that have been partly oxidised and lightly-roasted blended with dried coconut flakes!

    Chinese Milk Oolong, Coconut Flakes, Chinese Ti Guan Yin Oolong, Desiccated Coconut, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Like drinking a shrub

    This was my first time trying oolong, and unfortunately it will definitely be my last. To me, it tastes like I've taken some leaves off a bush in the garden, and poured hot water on them. I didn't get the coconut at all, just shrubs. Such a shame, as the quality of the ingredients is absolutely first class. We can't all like the same things, and I'm so loving trying out different blends, as I'm new to Bird & Blend. Onwards and upwards x

    A very special brew.

    A lovely delicate brew. I adore Milk Oolong tea and tha addition of coconut makes this even lovelier. It's creamy (Milk Oolong creamy isn't the same as 'dairy' creamy, it's a soft, light, creamy mouth feel?) Happy to have found it and I keep it for special occasions, when I don't quite know what to have and know I'll be home and relaxed to enjoy two or three steeps. As it is. No sugar, no milk.
