    How to make a hot tea?

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    "I didn’t really like Earl Grey much until a gift cube introduced me to this tea and I fell in love and never looked back. The bergamot and vanilla blend together beautifully, it’s just so yummy! I also recently made the Earl Grey Yogurt Loaf Cake on the blog with this, and it is absolutely divine (please see attached image). If you’re hesitant about Earl Grey and looking to try something new, give this tea a shot and I promise you’ll like it. I’m now a huge Earl Grey fan and I now look forward to going to waking up in the mornings just so I can have this tea.     "We were over in Cambridge visiting our son . In our mind, was to take this opportunity to hunt down & buy some loose tea ( Earl Grey). We had been thinking to stop using tea bags and to start to use our lovely China cups, saucers & teapots …. Instead of leaving our favourite things in a cupboard. So now in the morning it’s out with cups and teapot and kettle on. We love the EAR GREY CREAM WITH A SLICE OF ORANGE PEEL FLOATING IN THE BOTTOM OF A WHITE CHINA CUP … it’s a moment in the morning to gather your self …. For the day ahead.
