Great alternative to sugary squash
"Great alternative to sugary squash, although I do add a single spoonful of brown sugar to the bottle when “brewing”. I use 6 spoons of “tea”, 1 spoon of brown sugar to a full bottle of water… I also leave to brew first longer than the specified 4/6 hours, maybe 10 hours or so. I brew on the side, unchilled, and then decant to smaller bottles to refrigerate. Fills 3 small (250ml) bottles. Tastes fabulous with a slice of frozen lemon from the freezer, and maybe an extra ice cube 😁"
