    Hi Graham, Thanks for the great question! So, we normally use a heaped (ish) teaspoon in stores, but if you are sticking precisely to brewing instructions or if you find a heaped teaspoon a little too strong, then do of course feel free to use a level teaspoon, or less if you wish - it's your cuppa after all!
