My parcel has arrived but my teaware or tea is FAULTY or BROKEN...
1. Get in touch with customer service - [email protected] or 01273 325 523
2. You'll need to send the faulty items back and we'll exchange or refund.
3. We'll refund the cost of postage.

3. If your teaware is un-used we can refund or exchange the item, if the item is used then our customer service team will try and solve the issue for you as best as we can!
4. Unfortunately, we can't refund postage costs, but we're working on this!

Can I return my online order to my nearest store?

We won't be able to offer a return in-store with your online order. But please get in touch with us so we can help solve your problem.

 

What happens if my address is incorrect and my order is returned to you?

One of our lovely Teabirds will get in touch to ask for the correct address and to take payment for the new postage so that your order is on its way asap and you can enjoy your cuppa!

How will you contact me about an item that has been returned to you?

One of our lovely Teabirds will get in touch when your order is received back at HQ. They will try once again by email and telephone over the next two weeks. If after 3 weeks we have not been able to get hold of you, then we will send a final email letting you know that we will refund your order, minus the shipping cost and a small £5 admin fee, if we don’t hear back from you in 7 days.
