Can I return my online order to my nearest store?
We won't be able to offer a return in store with your online order. But please get in touch with us so we can help solve your problem.
Who sends my order?
Standard delivery + 1st class is delivered through Royal Mail. Next day delivery is delivered through UK Mail all other services are stated on your delivery option.
Where's my order?
Our couriers deliver a majority of orders on time, but occasionally some orders might be a bit delayed for reasons out of our control. Please allow up to an extra 3 working days on your standard delivery - it is also worth checking with your neighbours.
Can I track my order?
We offer one trackable service, this is the Next Day Tracked service, unfortunately, the rest of our shipping options are not trackable.
Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed ship internationally, the cost is dependent on the value of your order, the exact info can be found above.
Can I get Free Delivery?
You can indeed, delivery is free when shipping to UK addresses on orders over £35. We now also offer free delivery internationally.
