    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

      1/2 tsp

      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

    • Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    Wanted to love it but….

    I was so looking forward to this and it smells amazing but I can’t get it to dissolve properly and it’s really grainy. It the first Bird & Blend I’ve had this issue with. Don’t know if it’s the flavour additives but it doesn’t look like other matchas I’ve had and it doesn’t taste good to me. 😞 Very disappointed
