"I haven't tried this hot as it just seems made for a cold brew. I heated the whole 20g packet with 750ml water for 20 minutes. Store in a bottle in the fridge, I then mix it for the next few days in the proportion 1/3 of a tall tumbler with 2/3 cloudy lemonade and ice. It is a beautiful rich pink colour and tastes fizzy and delicious."
"The tea is classified as Ultra Processed because you use artificial flavourings. The tea did taste artificial. I was disappointed because you go to such lengths to be environmentally conscious but you’re not health/human-being conscious. UPF’s are proven to harmful to human health."

I had the same problem with B&B blue tins yet the Christmas gingerbread chai tin is excellent. But all sorted out with customer service who were excellent as always"
