    Disappointing

    "I was open minded about the change from SPP to PSC, but upon trying it I was really let down. The smell of the new blend is distinctly more orangey than SPP, and it does taste a lot like mixed peel because of it. I don't really find the new blend very "chai" either - it's just overwhelmingly more orangey and less spiced and flavourful than the original SPP blend. Thankfully I still have some original Spiced Pumpkin Pie left and picked extra up recently during a sale too, but I really hope B&B bring back the original blend seasonally and scrap this one. It just doesn't meet the standard of the original."

    "Love the new blend. Much more depth and spice which definitely is more of a chai and a stronger tea flavour. I do think it’s a bit misleading to not have this listed as a new blend though, and keep all the previous reviews etc. I think a fresh listing would make more sense and signal just how different this blend is. Also I’m sad there’s no Halloween sprinkles anymore."

    A great twist on an old favourite

    "I realise this blend resulted in some controversy, as it was a new twist on an older, much-loved blend. I'll be honest, I can't remember what the old blend tasted like, but I really like this one! It's a chai blend but doesn't taste too "Christmasey " so is ideal for autumn, especially with it's pumpkin flavours! I'm loving it and will definitely buy again."

    "Really disappointed by the change to the splendid tea that we have enjoyed over the last few years. The change to a Chai has resulted in a flavour that is simply less “wow” than previously. It feels like Autumn has been overlooked and a sweeter more Christmas focussed flavour has crept in."

    "I thought I would try a different way to make a cup of tea. I hadn't had milk with the teas before. So I only had coconut milk in. I didn't want to waste it. I brewed it up. Put some milk in and wow it was really good. It was lovely to chill back and enjoy whilst watching a movie. Really recommend it to you tea lovers. ā˜•"

    "I bought this tea because I love the Spiced Pumpkin Pie version and the description said it was supposed to taste the same but stronger, but it’s absolutely nothing like it! Please bring back the wonderful Spiced Pumpkin Pie. The taste isn't bad, but it bears no resemblance to the original Spiced Pumpkin Pie. I would have stocked up last year if I had known it would no longer be sold."

    Hello, does this contain caffeine and if so how much (low/medium strength is fine)
    Thanks for your question Georgina, this is a black tea so has a larger amount of caffeine than say green tea or oolong .     Hello, does this tea blend have star anise? I don't see it in the ingredients but see it featured in the video on the side and in the "tastes like chai" photo. I'm allergic to star anise and have been looking for a chai without it, so just want to double check!
