How to make a hot tea

  • tea brewing temperature

    Boil water to 100°

  • tea brewing time

    Wait 2-4 mins

    With or without milk

How to cold brew tea

  • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

    Step 1

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

Delicious!

I wanted to order this tea, as I love red velvet cake, but I wanted the Christmas box so thought I would order this next time. I was delighted to receive a free sample of this with my order! The tea is smooth, the right level of sweetness and has an amazing aroma. Made in my Bird & Blend infuser, this cup didn’t last long at all! Delicious with or without milk, I think this will be a favourite going forward!

Lovely red colour and distintive flavour

There is quite a bitter taste delivered through the cocoa nibs, so this tea is an acquired taste.

I like it but it doesn’t reach favourite status.
