"Had been curious about this blend for a while so jumped at the chance to grab a pack in a recent sale. Unfortunately I found not only was this tea very very strong but despite Oxford's obvious international connections, this blend tasted of a mish-mash of seemingly unrelated flavours that didn't work that well. Got distracted mid cuppa and by the time I picked it up again, the tea had gone cold - which for some reason made it more interesting!? I wish could explain why but I can't!? May try to cold brew this one instead to see if it works any better. Bought as an order of six different flavours so there were bound to be one or two that were not so great. Sadly this was one of them."

"For me this totally encompasses what Bird and Blend is about, taking a good tea and making it better. This is a great black tea with lots of depth, it has a slightly vegetal taste, but I personally think its quite a vanilla-ish and it really is a great cuppa to have throughout the day, especially when curled up with a book!
