We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

This is my favourite B&B blend. The smell is amazing but so is the taste. It reminds me of a lemon mousse made with double cream. Drunk last thing at night it helps me drift off to sleep. Can't recommend enough!

Cutting out alcohol I needed a relaxing drink to replace a glass of wine in the evenings, this is the perfect brew. With the lulling of the lavender, and the sweet zing of lemon peel, its gently relaxing properties calm the body and mind and make for a pleasant sleep full of moondrop dreams. It’s definitely one of my fave brews of the B&B blends.
