    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    Rooibos, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Fermented Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Wow!!

    This is seriously one of the most gorgeous teas I've ever tasted! It's very well balanced and the fermented lemon adds this really beautiful perfume to it that isn't at all sour. I have a sweet tooth but need to avoid sugar - there's such an aromatic sweetness to this that it meets my sweet tooth needs. I'm a little obsessed with this and will drink it any time of day, but it's particularly good as a relaxing brew in the evening. My fave Bird and Blend creation so far.
