    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    A perfect summary of Cambridge

    I was born and raised in Cambridge and now live in Lincoln and find that this tea is so good at reminding me of home! It is the closest tea I’ve found to a discontinued tea at another brand that I would drink a lot at sixth form and thus associate with Cambridge strongly, so in that regard I think it’s nailed the vibe of the city while also providing a dessert like tea perfect for a cosy night in working or partaking in a screen-free hobby. Delicious hot or cold brewed!

    Unreasonably delightful!

    This tea smells intoxicating wonderful and tastes just as fantastic! I love the jasmine notes which give the vanilla backbone a nice lift!
