Our limited edition Tea & Biscuits collection is here & with warmer weather on its way, what better time to sip a chilled iced latte along with a biscuit for dunking! With its jammie, fruity flavour & biscuity notes, our caffeine-free Jammy Dodgers tea makes the perfect iced tea latte.
You can also pop into one of our stores around the UK to enjoy this iced latte made especially for you by our expert Tea Mixologists, or choose one of our other biscuit-themed specials available until 11th June!
SERVES: 1
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Jammy Dodgers tea
- 100ml of freshly drawn boiling water
- Teapot or strainer (we recommend Brewdini Gravity Steeper)
- 300ml milk of your choice (we use oat milk!)
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Strawberry Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- Ice
- Your favourite glass
Supersize your latte with these optional toppings...
- Whipped cream
- A jam-filled biscuit (or three!)
WHAT TO DO:
- First, pop 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of your Jammy Dodgers tea (or your biscuit tea of choice) into your Brewdini Gravity Steeper then add the water & brew for 4 minutes. You can also use alternative teapots, strainer or tea sacs to brew your loose leaf tea.
- Strain the tea into your glass over your ice to cool it down.
- Pour your milk over your tea & ice up to the top of your glass.
- Now you can add 1 pump of Sweetbird Strawberry Syrup.
- Finish your latte with whipped cream & a biscuit on top, ready for dunking.
- Enjoy!
