🎂 Kicking off the fun with our coveted Mystery Box, available first come, first served on Monday 24th June. Full of the best kind of surprises, including tea & tea goodies!
🎂 All this week, our TEAm will add a free Birthday Cube to online orders at random…open your box to find out if you are the lucky recipient of a box of birthday tea treats! Our Tea Mixologists also have a stash of Birthday Cubes to give away & spread a smile in-store all week.
🎂 A mega SECRET DROP over on our Secret Website on Friday 28th June at 9am. Make sure you have unlocked access to our Secret Website to be able to shop this very exciting drop.
🎂 More tea & matcha surprises coming your way with some returning faves & a NEW recipe for the store blend for our very first store all those years ago.
🎂 Come & see us down on Brighton Seafront on the big day itself, 30th June from 11am - 8pm, where we’ll be celebrating our birthday & raising money for ChariTEA with Birdie our mobile tea van. Expect fun, freebies, chances to win, and (of course) delicious tea!
🎂 The announcement of something mega we’ve been working hard on behind the scenes, that’s unlike anything we’ve done before! Any guesses?

As we mark another birthday, we’d like to say a HUGE thank you to every single member of our communiTEA who has been a part of our story over the last 12 years. For every cuppa you have sipped & every smile you have shared with us, we are so very grateful.
Here are just some of the things we are most proud of…
🌟 Our 19 stores, including those we’ve opened in the last year - Newcastle, Canterbury, York & Edinburgh. Each & every store brings meaningful jobs, community engagement, support to the high street & fundraising for local causes to the area.
🌟 Planting over 320,000 trees since 2019 through our Teas for Trees initiative, equivalent to the annual footprint of 20,000 people.
🌟 Saving over 76,000kg of waste from landfill since 2019, which in turn has saved 39 tCO2 - the equivalent of driving a car from Lands End to John O’Groats 88 times!
🌟 Raising over £156,000 for ChariTEAs close to our hearts since 2016, including charities local to our stores & fundraising for causes nominated by our team members.
🌟 Spent 419 hours volunteering as a TEAm during working hours since 2019. That’s 52 whole days!
We can’t wait to see what we can achieve over the next 12 years, thanks to the support of our communiTEA & our incredible people.
To this day, we remain a proudly independent business, grown from humble beginnings packing tea in our bedroom to now providing the tastiest teas across the globe! We've created hundreds of innovative & magical tea blends over the years, all lovingly hand-packed by our team along Brighton’s sunny south coast.
Our business has grown out of a core belief in doing business in a better way - and our 12 successful years prove that this is more than possible.
