Santa? In summer? Can only mean one thing: our amazing Xmas in July sale is finally here!
From Wednesday 22nd July to Sunday 26th July you will be able to get up to 70% off some of the ‘hottest’ Xmas teas ‘n’ bundles, plus amazing sale discounts on a selection of non-Xmas, fan faves and special edition blends, all with free UK and International Shipping!
Santa’s Tea Elves are busy getting everything ready so we thought we would share some important info with you, to make sure you are all set for the sale of the century!
When Is The Sale?
The Xmas in July sale will run from 10am on Wednesday 22nd July until midnight on Sunday 26th July (UK time).
What Discounts Are Available?
You're in for some real bargains this year Teabirds!
We have so many teas (and some teaware) in the sale and they will be from 10% to 70% off and you'll be able to get free UK & international shipping!
Where Can I Access The Sale?
The sale will launch in three parts:..
1. Those signed up for early access will get sent a secret link at 9am on Wednesday 22nd. They will also get a code that will enable them to get free international shipping! If you want early access, you can sign up here.
2. Our VIP Teabirds and those on our store email lists will get sent the link between Wednesday 22nd and Thursday morning (23rd) in batches to help avoid too much traffic hitting the site at once.
3. Finally, the sale will be officially live on Friday 24th and will run until Sunday 26th. Free international shipping will be automatically applied at checkout from Friday morning, so the code will no longer be required!
How Do I Secure The Best Deals?
There will be some amazing lines in the sale and the ‘hottest’ items may sell out within the first hour. In the past, Butter Brew has sold out in 2 minutes!
To make sure you don’t miss out on the best deals (up to 70% off), sign up for early access and keep an eye on your inbox at 9am on Wednesday 22nd July. This means that you will get the link 1 hour before the rest of the world and have the best chance at getting your hands on all the best bits!
How Does The Free Shipping Work?
We will be offering free UK & international delivery throughout our Xmas in July Sale.
During our pre-launch (for those signed up to our mailing lists) on Wedsneday and Thursday, you will be emailed a special code that you will need to enter at checkout to get free shipping.
When the sale goes live on Friday 24th July, a code will no longer be required and free shipping will automatically apply to your basket.
PLEASE NOTE: The free shipping option will appear as the last shipping option on the list, so make sure you select this option. If you don't, we are unable to refund your shipping.
All orders will be sent via economy post which usually take 3-5 days for UK deliveries and 5-7 days for international deliveries but please be aware that due to Covid-19 shipping may take slightly longer than normal, especially international orders.
I Forgot To Select Free Shipping, Can I Have A Refund?
Unfortunatley, once your order has been placed we are unable to offer you a refund on your shipping. However, if you drop us a line on live chat or call us on 01273 325523 one of our team may be able to help.

Will There Be Any Matcha In The Sale?
Unfortunately, there will be no matcha in this year's sale but if you need to stock up, you will still be able to save on shipping.

The sale will be an incredibly busy time but do not fear our Customer Experience Gurus are here!
The best way to get in touch with them during the busy sale period is via telephone or live chat. Our telephone number is: 01273 325523 and our Teabirds will be available from 8.30am-8pm Wednesday / Thursday, 10am-3pm on Saturday and 9.30am-6pm on Sunday.
You can also email us or contact us on social media but during the busy sale time, it may take us slightly longer for us to get back to you so if it is sale related please use the phone or live chat to get in touch.
Can I Use Other Discount Codes On Top Of Sale Items?
Discounts codes will be not be valid on sale items, but if you're also purchasing non-sale items, it will still apply to those!
I Wanted Something But Now It Is Out Of Stock?
If you are interested in a tea that has gone out of stock, please get in touch with us. Whilst we have no plans to re-stock any items, sometimes there are Xmas (in July) miracles and we can get our hands on a little more tea, so we can take your details and get back in touch with you if your wish comes true!
Can I Amend Or Combine More Than One Order After I Have Placed It?
If you want to make any changes to your order, we will do our very best to help you.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to get your order changed or updated. If your order has already been shipped by our super efficient packing fairies, then we are sorry but we will not be able to make any changes to the order.

Can I Hold Sale Items In My Basket While I Browse For Other Items?
Any sale items in your basket are not yours until the order has been fully processed, we are unable to reserve things in your basket.
If any items go out of stock before your order is confirmed, then the ‘Place your Order’ button will be greyed out and you will have to remove the out of stock items before you can complete the rest of your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you'd like to cancel your order and it has not been shipped, we are able to cancel and refund your order right away. Although, if it has been shipped, we will be unable to offer you a refund until your order has returned to us.

Help, The Website Doesn’t Seem To Be Working Or Is Running Slow?
Whilst we are not expecting any problems, there will be a considerable amount of visitors on our site during the sale, especially on Wednesday morning.
