Snowball TEAllini

A chocolatey, coconutty twist on the classic brunch beverage using our fan fave, Snowball tea. The perfect Christmas day treat!

What you will need:
- 60ml of cold brew Snowball tea
- 30ml of syrup
- Prosecco/champagne
- Ice
- Cocktail shaker
- Cold Brew Tea Botte
- Perfect Tea Spoon
What to do:
The night before:
1. The first thing you need to do is prepare your cold brew tea. To do this you need to take 4 - 6 Perfect Tea Spoons of Snowball tea and pop it into your Cold Brew Bottle. Then, top the bottle up with cold water and leave it in the fridge overnight.
The next day:
2. When it's time to make your TEAllini, there are only a few steps to do so. Start by taking your Cold Brew Bottle out of the fridge and measure 60ml of your Snowball.
3. Pour your tea into a cocktail shaker with your syrup, and a handful of ice and then shake what your mumma gave ya!
4. When you've given it a good shake, strain the tea equally into two prosecco flutes (or any glass you'd like).
5. Top up the rest of your glass with prosecco or champagne!
6. Enjoy!
