Rhubarb & Custard Gin Cocktail

Chief Tea Mixologist, Krisi, has been on the hunt for ulTEAmate gin infusion blend & here it is!
This beauTEA botanical blend, in a glass reusable bottle, makes the perfect recipe for kraft gin lovers who want to create their own tea cocktail infusions.
Serves: 3 - 4
What you will need:
- Rhubarb & Custard Gin Infusion Bottle
- Gin (you can also use vodka, rum or any other spirit of choice!)
- Ice
- Lemon or orange
- Sweetener of choice
What to do:
Decant 3/4 3/4 of the tea leaves to save for later, then with the remaining 1/4 of tea, fill the bottle with your gin of choice, shake & leave for at least 48 hours.
Serve neat over ice, with a slice of lemon or orange. Or top with lemonade or tonic. Add honey or sugar to sweeten if desired.
