Pineapple Infused Gin and Tonic
Our limited edition blend, Pineapple Sorbet is so refreshing and perfect for summer- so why not turn it into a tea infused cocktail for those hot summer evenings? This recipe was sent to us by one of our Tea Reps, and it was definitely worth sharing!

What to do:
1. Start off by brewing your Pineapple Sorbet in your Cold Brew Bottle for between 4 - 6 hours, or you can leave to brew overnight.
2. Chop up your pineapple into 1cm chunks and put them into your pitcher. Then add the juice of 1 lime and your agave syrup. Crush the pineapple a little, so that it becomes a little broken down (you will get more pineapple juice this way)
3. Add in 50ml of gin and a few drops of Angostura bitters (don't add too much, it has a very strong flavour). Then add 50ml of your Pineapple Sorbet cold brew and top up the rest of the glass with tonic water.
4. Add in some ice (or frozen pineapple) and give it a good stir. When you are ready to serve, pour into your glass, with a straw.
