Ice Cream Matcha Soda
Learn how to make one of our favourite in-store specials this autumn with a delicious cream soda, using our limited edition Ice Cream Matcha... It will definitely be a crowd favourite!

2. Next, add a splash of 80-degree water (you can do this by adding a splash of cold water first and then adding a splash of hot water). Now whisk the matcha, we find the best way to do this is the traditional way of using a bamboo matcha whisk. If you do not have one you can use a battery powered whisk.
3. Once you have whisked it and there are no lumps, pour your matcha into a glass that is filled with ice.
4. Top up your glass with lemonade (it should be around 100ml).
5. Pop in a straw and enjoy!
