Cream Mince Pie

Serves: 6 - 8 mince pies

What you need / How to:

- 200ml Mince Pie tea concentrate*
- Add 300ml double cream
- Add 1 & half - 3 tsp of sugar (depending on your sweet tooth!)
- Whisk together in a bowl or food processor if you have one, until nice & frothy
- Place mixture in a freeze bag or piping bag
- Squeeze cream onto mince pie or dessert of choice
- Enjoy!

*Brew 8 teaspoons of loose leaf or 6 tea bags in 850ml of hot water to make a tea concentrate
