This is an example of one of those unique blends I expect B&B to invent. It's such an odd one! Plenty of spices you might find in a turkey stuffing! On the base of rooibos and houjicha. It's the houjicha that looks like tiny twigs, so that must be why this doesn't have caffeine. I wouldn't think one teaspoon would result in such a flavorful cup. But it's a lovely balance of spices to create a savory flavor that is just nice to have in stock. Then as an extra level of flavor, there is a lovely sweet marzipan flavor happening. All on the roastiness of the houjicha. The brew is deep red and I think I steeped it perfectly this way. This is a unique flavor combination to have around when you're craving it, not just during the "season". I really like it, especially when I'm craving these flavors.

I really like this but the rest of the family are not so keen. Nice savoury hit. Reminiscent of a roast dinner, just liquid form and beautifully clear.

I love the smoke, crunching leaves, mists and mellow fruitfulness of autumn. I also love savoury teas - so this really was perfect for me. It's nutty and herbal and scented and really just delicious - it tastes like autumn in a cup. Totally perfect after a blustery walk home.

This is definitely a more savoury blend, but in a really good way. At first sniff, I was worried it would be too much for me, but it has a soft, roasted taste and the nuts really come through in a yummy way. If you're a savoury tea lover, or just looking for something different you're in for a treat!
Savory and nutty and very festive. It's amazingly on point.
