My favourite BB tea

I have 4 favourite teas, and this is top of the list. It’s my morning brew (loose leaf) and is a good strength and lovely flavour. I find some teas a bit tasteless, but this one is perfect.
(Other recommendations are Spiced Pumpkin Pie, Gingerbread Chai and Mojitea)

Posh

Loved it sort of earl grey in sophistication but with oomph and less floral

Coco Chai Indeed!

If you're looking for a tea that truly combines a good Chai with coconut, this is the tea for you. If you decide to add milk or have it without, the flavours really do come through as niether one overwhelms the other and they taste amazing!

Rich Coconut Flavor!

This tea was amazing. It was everything I wanted it to be. It was bold and strong in all the right places. If you like coconut and chai, try this tea!

Spicy perfection

I’ve met few chai teas that I didn’t like but this one is at the top of the list. Just the right balance of spices. The hint coconut is a nice bonus.

I actually get excited about drinking this!

This was my first time buying tea that wasn’t just supermarket tea. I wanted to move towards loose leaf tea to reduce my plastic use; and I chose vied&blend because I was fascinated by their flavours and liked their ethics.

My first thought when I picked up my delivery was that it was pricey for the size you got ( I’m useless at guesstimating weights).

Having got it home now, I think it’s worth it. I love this flavour. It’s not too sweet and is literally a warm homely cuppa. I Genuinely get excited about having a cup in the evening, and I’m so happy to be supporting a small business.

I work for a charity so for me I think these teas will be treat or present territory but if I had more disposable income I would totes add it to the weekly shop. I definitely recommend at least trying this flavour!

Love this!

I absolutely loved this and can’t wait to use up the rest of my teas so I can get this again!! Much rather have this than a chai latte

A solid dark chai with decent amounts of spices (and coconut!)

I used two teaspoons because Bird and Blend’s black teas are usually light to me. Two teaspoons didn’t ruin this at all – it was the perfect briskness that I like a chai to be – a pretty dark cup! This black tea might be different from the other blends. Anyway, this tea is still a high quality chai with a nice deep black tea that tastes a bit like raisins, a decent amount of spicy flavor and only a hint of coconut. A decent chai but it lacks the specialness that a great B&B blend might have. Most of the blends are so unique.

Creamy Coconut

This is one of the blends from the Bird & Blend subscription box this month. I’m not a huge chai fan, but I do enjoy them occasionally.

The base tea here seems fairly brisk, and there is a bit of astringency. The spicing is actually quite mild for a chai, which I like. I can taste cardamom, ginger, and clove (in that order). The coconut is also fairly mild, about in equal measure with the spices, and it’s creamy and sweet. My tongue feels faintly tingly from the ginger, which becomes the strongest note in the aftertaste.

Overall, I enjoyed this one. It’s not something I would order, as I’m not a chai drinker. Also, I wish companies wouldn’t put actual coconut in their teas – it goes rancid so quickly and ruins the whole blend. I’ll make sure to drink the rest of this in a timely manner.

Flavors: Astringent, Cardamon, Clove, Coconut, Cream, Ginger

My favourite chai

Another tea that I put of trying as it has coconut in it, which I am not a big fan of, however I have found that this tea is delicious and has become my favourite chai!

Co-Co Cool

I love the chai aspect of this time, but upon cold brewing (how I have most of my tea these days), it seemed to become slightly bitter. I think it will be a tea I drink occasionally, but not one I keep topped up on my shelf.

Try Try Chai Again

I'm not a lover of Chai, tried it several times but it just wasn't for me. This one is though - delicate spices with a hint of coconut. Will definitely buy again and try some other B&B chai as well.

So nice perhaps I’ll wear it!!

Great tea with subtle flavours and a lovely chocolate note.

Tasty chai

I really like chai tea and this has a fab taste twist. Really enjoyed this one and great without milk.

Coco Chai? Yes!

Delicious combination of chai and coconut! The chai isn't overly peppery and the coconut is not too overpowering. Just the right combination!

*****

Delicious

My favourite chai by far!

My newest chai addiction

I love chai and have tried many many brands, and this is absolutely my new favorite - just the right amount of ginger and spice, with a smooth vanilla-y coconut flavor to finish off. It is also hard to find teas that I can drink that don't bother me (I have been Low FODMAP for two years because of a GI diagnosis), but I have a cup of this every day and I haven't had any issues! My only complaint? I wish it was sold in stores in the U.S. where I am from :-)...Read more

Delicious coconut

Absolutely delicious. You can taste all the spices and the creamy coconut flavour is so comforting.

As elegant as the name suggests!

I really enjoy this chai but in comparison to all the others it's much more subtle and simple and that makes it quite elegant. It's naturally sweet from the coconut but has a nice hint of heat that reminds you it's a chai. Love it!

Haute Couture Coconut Spice

I love all things coconut and I'd not tried a new chai for a while, so this one caught my eye. It smells complex and exciting, and in the cup it was creamy, coconutty, and almost a little savoury (in a satisfying way). I'd recommend this as a latte with some coconut milk maybe!
