My new fav pink

I bought this tea after reading some reviews, not believing it at first, it got delivered today and I put the kettle on tried it with my soya milk as I cant have milk, it is so good, Not too sweet, not too strong, just so subtle and nice. I am just so sad that its out of stock and I hope this become a regular tea that you can buy.

Pink tea with a subtle beetroot vibe

It looks great and smells ok and tastes ok too. I'm not a fan on beetroot but I'm finishing off the packet.

Chocolatey goodness!

This tea is so smooth and chocolatey, it's my new favourite! I've had so many people asking me what I'm drinking when they see the pink hue. I use oat milk and it tastes amazing!

Pink and red for valentine's

I usually don't drink my tea with milk, but I wanted to try the pink latte with this one and it didn't disappoint. The flavour is rich and chocolate-y and it is very fun to see the red colour (on its own) or pink (with milk).

Received this tea as a valentines gift and oh my its amazing, it tastes incredible!! I definitely recommend this tea to anyone

Prettiest tea ever!

I was sceptical of the flavours to be honest and mainly bought this because I thought the colour would be cute - a tea that tastes like cake?? BUT i ended up loving the flavour as well as the cute pink colour and had to stock up immediately! It’s not sickly sweet or artificial tasting, it’s just wonderful.

Any way you want it, that's the way you need it

This tea is pretty perfect, in my opinion. I tried it black, with milk, and as a latte. Love it every which way. It smells gorgeous and it looks fab too. It tastes very chocolatey. I'm glad they keep returning this one!

Deliciously creamy

Good flavour and colour! I make mine with full oat milk and honey only. Dont think it needs too much more beetroot or vanilla- really nice evening alternative to hot choc.

The best birthday treat!!!

Had the very best service in Brighton and treated myself to some of the red velvet, my only regret is not buy a bigger bag!!! Wonderful with a dash of milk and a little caramel syrup! Definitely worth being patient for a few extra minutes of brewing for the perfect cuppa

Red velvet

Very good and strong flavour, it works great with milk, it smooths the taste and gives the pink colour ! Great choice for morning tea since it's quite strong!

Wonderful just not for me

I bought this tea with the intention of trying to get more into black teas. I've discovered it really isn't my thing but the tea was so cool, it was a pinky colour and with 2 other tea drinkers in the house who love it its hard to say anything bad about it

Paint the tea red!

I absolutely love this tea, it was much more flavourful than I expected it to be. Definitely cakey with a hint of chocolate. I think the sweet beetroot is what pushed it over the edge. It's nice to have a beetroot tea you can make into a latte. Therefore... in agreement a few other teabirds in the comments...please make this a mainstay!

Such a chocolatey treat

I had heard wonders about this tea and went straight to buy it. It doesn't disappoint. It's perfect with a dash of milk and has a strong chocolate taste. I love it.

rich and tastes almost malty

This is a really hearty cup of tea. The flavours are rich and I think it tastes malty. I drink it with milk and it looks pink/orange. In my top three favourites so far with Birthday Cake and Rhubarb and Custard.

Gorgeous shade of pink!

This tea is one of my favourites. It smells delicious when you open it and even more so when it's brewing. I add milk and it changes to a gorgeous pink tea and tastes delicious.

I'm pretty new to tea as I've always drank coffee, and since exploring tea I've been hesistant to add milk to any teas and just drink it black. SO glad I tried a splash of oat milk with this one... SO DELICOUS. I will be stockpiling this one!

A fun tea-reat

I love chocolatey black teas and this is the perfect chocolate blend, plus it's pink! Overall the taste is not massively dissimilar to other chocolate blends available but the colour is enough of a novelty that this remains a great seasonal treat.

Brewed just right, a dessert in a cup.

I’ve had this a few times since I bought it, but it never tastes how I want it to taste. Today was a bit closer to actually being like Red Velvet for me. I’m not sure if I was steeping it differently or just the mix of ingredients in the heaping teaspoon was perfect? The cocoa shells are the hugest I’ve seen, and maybe B&B added the flavoring to the cocoa shells or something? Sadly I wasn’t paying attention to how long I steeped. But the mug was darker than usual, so probably longer than I usually would (3 minutes). The main difference this time is I used a different mug/infuser. The mug was smaller. But with past steeps, I very possibly tried a teaspoon and a half with my bigger mug. So why is the black tea deeper this time around? But the flavor is there this time. The beetroot here is essential for ‘Red Velvet’. It does give the cup that hint of red. A ton of chocolate flavor and more hints of that cream cheese/frosting flavor I was missing. Before I was only tasting chocolate. So this is finicky but delicious when done right. Not my favorite from B&B but I’m learning to like it more and more and I can always appreciate those cocoa shells.
Steep #1 // 1 heaping teaspoon for a full mug// 12 minutes after boiling // 4? minute steep
Steep #2 // just boiled // 5 minute steep

Definitely worth it. Smooth, chocolaty but still fruity - a warming tea in the bitter cold of Swiss February.

This NEEDS to be a permanent addition

Please, please, please make this a permanent addition. It's the nicest blend I've tried & I've tried A LOT. Used your recipe to make a pink latte & it was divine... so chocolatey & smooth
