Yum!

If you crave a comforting cup of coffee for the nighttime, this is your best bet for all of the flavor and none of the caffein. Not to mention, you can't taste the strong rooibos taste here at all (which I dislike), so this is a win for me!

Worth the wait!!!

I bought this as a gift for my mum last year and we both absolutely loved it. I have been waiting a whole year to buy it again!!! So nice and chocolatey, and such a bonus that it's caffeine free!

More please!

I bought this tea for a friend, opened it for a sniff when I got home, decided to sneak a bit out to try it...fell in love with it and drank it all! So I ordered some more....and then some more. It's a beautiful tea...grown up, not sickly, not flowery or fruity. It's well rounded and chocolaty and coffee-ish without the strong caffeine hit so I can drink it in the evenings. Hoping this is available long after Christmas as I think this might be my forever tea. ...Read more

Just divine

I LOVE this tea. So much so that I got a bag of 100 tea bags!! When Bird and blend stopped stocking it I was quite disappointed as I loved it so much. And now it is back so clearly had to stock up. I totally recommend this tea, it really reminds me of Irish coffee and it is perfect for the colder months

Yummy!

This one tastes of creamy chocolatey goodness! Almost like a hot chocolate! I also bought the Ferrero Rocher tea and this one tastes like I thought that one would. I don't get strong Irish coffee vibes - just tasty chocolatey coffee notes. Comforting and naturally sweet! Would recommend!

Fairytale of New York

This is probably one of my most favourite things. I had some asa gift, the chocolate and coffee notes are there in the aroma and on your tongue after each sip.

You don’t need a lot either, some teas I find I need to use 2 teaspoons to get a nice flavour.

Flavour is the key, so many other flavoured tea brands never ever deliver. When made they are hideous in colour and insipid in taste.

Not this one it’s deli from start to end hot or cold.

Best tea ever

I used to hate teas flavoured with with cocoa nibs etc. But this one is absolutely amazing. The flavours are perfectly balanced. With or without milk it's my favorite Christmas tea.

My favourite tea from Bird and Blend

This is the one! Even my husband (who hates rooibos) likes this tea. The coffee taste definitely comes through, but is not overpowering and compliments the rooibos. Very smooth and pleasant to drink.

A really nice treat

I don't like coffee, so I ordered this one expecting it to be that one in a group of "trial" teas that I don't like and now have 50g of tea I won't drink.

Turned out to be the opposite - the amount of coffee in it is just enough to smell amazing, but not enough to make it taste bitter. That plus the softer blend of rooibos and other ingredients gives it a lovely creamy taste. Will deffo be ordering more!...Read more

Perfect

This is one of my favourite teas. The rooibos is the best base, especially as it contains no caffeine. The flavours are lovely it really does taste like an Irish latte.

Creamy coffee flavour... in a tea?!

This tea really surprised me! I love sweet coffee flavours, and this is a gorgeous coffee-vanilla-cream combination that's comforting and warm. It's like coffee cake in liquid form. I was sceptical of the sample I got in my subscription box as I find coffee itself too bitter most of the time, but this tea hasn't a hint of bitterness. It's also apparently low caffeine due to the whole beans, which means I can enjoy it in the winter evenings- perfect...Read more

Amazing

My husband brought me a year tea subscription. And this tea is my favourite. One it first arrived and I read the ingredients I wasn’t sure as I am not keen on coffee. But this is amazing. So amazing I brought more. A firm favourite

The love of my life!

So I've been shopping at B&B for the last few years or so. I found them completely by accident when I was shopping in town one day and I've loved them ever since. Fairytale of New York is by far the nicest tea I have ever tried in my life! The flavour is absolutely amazing and it is so versatile so it's amazing as hot tea, cold brewed into water or milk, as a tea latte, literally anything you do with it tastes like heaven. So far this year I've bought 350g in store and online and I'm planning on buying as much as I can between now and Christmas. I don't go a day without a fairytale tea now, it's honestly a little cup of heaven and I have recommended it to everyone I know!! Definitely buy this if you love Baileys and coffee, I promise you won't be disappointed!! ...Read more

Does what it says on the tin.

Tastes so much like an Irish coffee that your tastebuds will be confused. Not personally a fan but tried it as part of the advent calender. Those who love an Irish coffee will be amazed.

This order was my first loose tea ever and as soon as I opened and smelt the Fairytale of NY tea i was so excited. Genuinely didnt know tea could smell and taste this different and good!

Delicious!

This was in the November subscription box and holy moly did I fall in love! So many rich flavors: coffee beans, chocolate, and rooibos! Dessert in a mug with a splash of almond milk I am in love.

Lovely Irish Coffee!

This is not bad for a coffee-flavored tea. I think the red rooibos actually goes quite well with the coffee, which is interesting. There’s a nice balance struck between the two. I also get some creaminess, though I would like more. I think a bigger hit of vanilla would really round this out. There’s just a bit of chocolate from the cacao shells as well.

I think this really does fulfill the Irish coffee idea. The rooibos helps drive home the whiskey element. I could do with just a bit more cream and vanilla, but I think they’ve done a good job overall.

Undecided on whether I’ll keep this one around… Coffee isn’t generally a flavor I see myself craving in the evening when I’m like to drink rooibos blends. Hmm…

I was planning on withholding a rating since I don’t generally like coffee teas, but this one is so well done that I feel comfortable giving it a score. :)

wonderful tea if Irish coffee is your thing

I got a bag of this tea in my tea subscription and loved the smell immediately! however, the taste of whiskey (don't worry, there isn't any actual alcohol in it) was a bit too strong for me, so I gave it to my mother and she absolutely loved it.
