'The Calm Before the Storm in a Teacup'

The weather in England was beautiful today...but it's also pretty unpredictable! I used my absolute favourite Dozy Girl tea which can be cold brewed for those sunny days and mixed with apples, pineapple chunks, whisky, ice and loose tea to garnish. This is the perfect spring cocktail with a bit of a cheeky twist. It's sure to ease any worries... as well as keeping you cool!
What you will need:
- 2 tea bags of Dozy Girl
- A few pineapple chunks & the juice
- 1/2 apple
Loose tea to garnish
1 shot of whisky
What to do:
2. Pour a shot of whisky into the cup.
3. Add the apple, pineapple chunks and juice to the teacup with ice.
4. Pour in the cold brew over the ice and fruit. Give it a little stir and top with some tea leaves or flower petals to garnish!
