Choccy Biccy Latte

You read the name right a choccy biccy tea latte, made with our spring tea blend Chocolate Digestive, this latte really got the team excited in the Nest at Bird & Blend - try it for yourself and let us know what you think!
Serves: 1
What you will need:
- 4 Perfect Teaspoons of Chocolate Digestive tea
- 150ml hot water
- 1tsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp spoon of honey
- Milk (we love oat!)
- Vanilla essence
What to do:
1. Brew your Chocolate Digestive tea in hot water for at least 4 minutes and add a spoon full of honey if you prefer a sweeter tea latte.
2. Once your tea has finished brewing remove the infuser or drain (if you are using a Brewdini) and leave to the side.
3. Now you need to heat up your milk, if you have a latte wand then add the tea concentrate and milk to your jug and froth froth froth! You'll want enough milk for 1 cup.
However, if you don't have a latte wand, simply pour a cup full of milk and your tea concentrate into a saucepan and heat over the hob until it starts to simmer, be careful not to over boil the milk as it can burn the flavour.
4. Now add a couple of drops of vanilla essence to your tea latte and your teaspoon of cocoa powder, mix and pour into your cup. If your feeling adventurous you could crumble a small amount of chocolate digestive on top (just don't let it sink to the bottom!).
