Hey Teabirds! Here at Bird and Blend, we're so excited to announce our all new virtual experiences!
If you've already been to one of our (now eight, eek!) stores, you'll know our TEAm is always on hand to talk you through the entire tea wall - yes, that's 70+ blends of tea for you to marvel and sniff your way through.
Of course, we have Teabirds in far more than eight locations, so we've decided to bring the tea wall to you! That's where our all new Live Tea Wall Consultations come in.
You'll be partnered with an expert Tea Mixologist, who will take you on a journey through the tea wall, offering advice, recommendations and creative brewing ideas, all from the comfort of your own home. Currently, you can choose between our Bristol and Brighton stores, where a friendly TEAm member will be there to virtually meet you! We can't wait to see our regulars and newbies too!
How do I join my virtual tea wall consultation?
Once you've made your booking, you'll be sent a secret video link, so you can join your consultation for your pre-booked slot.
How long will each session take?
Your slot will be 20 minutes long, so that's plenty of time to talk to your Tea Mixologist about your tastes and preferences and hear their recommendations.
How do I book?
You can give us a call on 01273 325523 where one of our lovely TEAm members can get your booking sorted for you. We're normally in the office Monday-Friday 9.00-20.00, Saturday 11.00-15.00 and Sunday 9.00-17.30.
How much does it cost?
When you make your booking, we'll take a £5 deposit but this is redeemable against any purchases made during your consultation.
How can I pay for and receive my tea?
Our Tea Mixologists will be able to take card payments during your consultation, then we'll pack up your order at our Brighton HQ and send your tea in the post to you or to be collected from the store!
Can I gift one of these sessions to someone else?
You certainly can! You can book your tea loving friend on by giving us a call on 01273 325523 or by adding this product to your basket and putting their name, email and phone number in the comments box at checkout so our Customer Service Team can get in touch with them with the confirmation details.
