lProduct Description

We named our amazing chocolate orange tea after our uncle Terry because it's his favourite. He's so fond of it he keeps telling people it's his. So we have to remind people it's not actually Terry's, it's ours! But with chocolatey cacao and fruity orange peel we can't really blame him!

dIngredients

Ceylon black tea, cocoa shells, apple pieces, rosehip, hibiscus, orange blossom, orange peel, calendula petals, sunflower petals, natural flavouring.

Warning: Packed in an environment that contains nuts.

Please check out our allergens page for any queries you may have regarding ingredients.

pBrew the perfect cup

1 heaped teaspoon per cup - 100° water - 4 mins - with or without milk

Chocolate fix

The name sums it up, it really does taste like choc orange. A perfect sweet treat without the calories of hot chocolate.

Tea-rific #sorrynotsorry

Smells and tastes just like a Terry’s orange. One of my new favourites!!

Give it a chance!

When I brewed the first pot, it was absolutely horrible. I did not give up, and the second was pure goodness. You can taste both orange and chocolate in it and it's amazing. I might have brewed the first round for too long!

Tastes better than it smells

I'm not a fan of cocoa (chocolate) in tea but this one sounded too good not to give it a try. I didn't like the smell of it but brewed according to instructions it actually tasted quite nice (i added a splash of milk and a little sugar).

Chocolate without the guilt

I love this tea made with whole milk - smooth and creamy and smells so delicious

More brilliant tea!

Jaffa cake in a cup

Jaffa cakes are my all time favourites and it is such a pleasure to try a tea with the exact same taste without feeling guilty ! Great tea for the afternoon. My friends loved it too.

witchcraft!

I don't understand it tastes like chocolate orange! It actually does. I bought a sample pack and am definitely buying more.

A nice fresh orange flavoured

A nice fresh orange flavoured black tea, probably the best I've had. It would also be nice chilled.

Terry can keep it

On first taste, I got the slimy flavour of mouldy oranges and not much else. Assuming that I had brewed it incorrectly, I then tried a variety of ways to make it drinkable. With a liberal amount of fresh marigold added, the flavour no longer makes me feel queasy but I would still prefer to leave it alone. Out of ten that I was given to try, though, only two were very much not to my taste

terry's tea

Lovely tea which smells exactly like the real thing. Even with extended brewing it looks a bit of a funny colour compared to a more traditional pg tips but is absolutely delicious and really refreshing.

Flowery, light citrus orange, light

Flowery, light citrus orange, light sweetness, hint of chocolate. Could do with more chocolate perhaps but quite nice.

Reminds me of Christmas

As an avid coffee drinker, I stumbled across Bluebird on Twitter, and after reading reviews was tempted to give it a go. This is the first tea I am trying from my selection pack. All I can say is, it tastes of Christmas with chocolate and orangy flavours - although the orange is not very strong. The calendula and rosehip come through quite strongly, which makes for an interesting taste experience, and reminds me of my childhood in Germany where rosehip is very popular. Quite a complex flavour profile, pleasant, but one cup at a time is enough for me....Read more

Chocolatey orangey goodness

Delicious, tasted chocolatey but not sickening, like a healthy version of hot chocolate!
