Our famous sticky chai recipe is made in small batches, using fresh spices and wildflower honey. Now try our limited edition Gingerbread flavour, using our best selling & award-winning spiced chai.

Did you know? We were the first company to launch a sticky chai product in the UK after Chief Tea Mixologist Krisi started recipe testing in her kitchen a few years ago. Now we have a variety of flavours, all bringing you a fantastic sweet, milky chai flavour with a B&B twist.

Ingredients

Wildflower Honey, Rooibos, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds, Mallow Blossoms, Flavouring

How to make a hot tea

Step 1

2 tsp
Step 2

Boil water to 100°
Step 3

Wait 2-4 mins
Step 4

With or without milk

How to cold brew tea

Step 1

Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle
Step 2

Add 750ml cold water
Step 3

Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight
Step 4

Pour over ice & enjoy!

Tea Mixologist Top Tip

Heat two heaped tsp of sticky chai in one cup of milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stirring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins - be careful not to burn!

Great present for a friend

I bought this for a friend's birthday and it arrived promptly. They really like Bird and Blend and had been meaning to buy some sticky chai. I don't think they've tried it yet but I'm sure they'll love it. I need to buy some for myself now!
