Warming autumn bourbon with notes of caramel & smoke
The idea for this blend was another Fan suggestion (we love it when that happens!) and wow, are we glad! Slightly smoked malty flavours blend smoothly with vanilla to create a burnt caramel whisky flavour... Yum!
Chief Mixologist Krisi says: 'We had a fantastic bourbon blend created at a group interview task last summer (I think the Angel Manager one & I think this was created by Gina, who got the job!) and I was blown away by it! I knew I wanted to replicate it & I've been waiting for the right collection to launch it within. Autumn 2019 is such a good collection, I knew it would fit perfectly!'
Top Brewing Tip: This slightly smoked rooibos blend is great hot, without milk, if you want to enjoy the complex flavours. Or if you prefer a smoother, sweeter brew then add a splash of milk (and a dash of your favourite tipple, if it's the weekend!).

Please note: This is predominantly a rooibos based blend but it does contain lapsang (black tea) as an ingredient so it is not 100% caffeine-free. There is approx 10mg of caffeine p/cup. For reference black tea is 50mg, coffee is 100mg and your recommended daily allowance is 400mg

1 heaped teaspoon per cup - 100° water - 4+ mins - with or without milk
