Toffee Apple Matcha Smoothie

We love starting the day off with a good breakfast, and a smoothie is always a fantastic choice! We tried this Toffee Apple Matcha Smoothie that one of our Tea Reps created and just had to share it!

What you will need:


What to do:

1. The first thing you need to do is peel and chop your banana. You can use a knife or just break it up with your hands. 

 

2. Add the banana into your blender with 150ml of almond milk (or milk of your choice), 6 almonds, a large handful of spinach and dessert spoon of peanut butter.

 

3. You also need to add a Perfect Matcha Spoon of Toffee Apple Matcha and cinnamon into the blender and BLEND, BLEND, BLEND!

 

4. Your smoothie is done when there are no chunks and it is a beautiful green colour! This should take between 30 seconds and 1 minute. 

 

5. Serve your smoothie in a glass or mason jar, sprinkle with a little more cinnamon and enjoy!
