Chilli Kale Matcha ParTEA Dips

It's parTEA season, so we just HAD to make some cool dips that we can make to impress our friends, and now you can too! We've made 2 different dips using our Chilli Kale Matcha!

 

These fabulous recipes were made by Bristol Tea Mixologist, Emma.


Makes: 1 small bowl of each dip


What you will need:

For The Chilli Kale Hummus 

For The Creamy Chilli Guacamole

  • 1 Perfect Tea Spoon of Chilli Kale Matcha
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup of oat cream
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 Perfect Tea Spoon of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • A pinch of sunflower seeds

What to do:

To Make The Chilli Kale Hummus:

1. The first thing you need to do is measure out your ingredients.

 

2. Then, put them all into a food processor or blender (a food processor will work best) and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. 

 

3. You then want to taste the hummus to make sure it's perfect, here is where you can add a little more salt if needed! 

 

4. Serve in a small dipping bowl and add a pinch of sunflower seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.

 

To Make The Creamy Chilli Guacamole:

1. The first thing you need to do is measure out your ingredients.

 

2. Then, put them all into a food processor or blender (a food processor will work best) and blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

 

3. You then want to taste the guacamole to make sure it's perfect, here is where you can add a little more salt or pepper if needed! 

 

4. Serve in a small dipping bowl and top off with a few pumpkin seeds and a pinch of chilli flakes.
