Strawberry + Raspberry Russian Ice Lollies
Our new Tea Tipple blend, Raspberry Russian, tastes amazing both hot and cold brewed. So why not try it as an Ice Lolly? It's the perfect guilty-free dessert or afternoon pick me up and it's sure to cool you down!

What to do:
1. Brew 2 Perfect Teaspoons of Raspberry Russian tea in 500ml of 100° water and a teaspoon of a sweetener of your choice (we like to use honey). Then, leave to steep for at least 4 minutes. You could also cold brew the tea in your Cold Brew Bottle overnight if you'd prefer.
2. While your tea is brewing, pop your fruit into a blender and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency (if your blend is struggling, pop a splash of water in there to help it out).
3. Once the tea has brewed, strain it and add your tea and fruit to a jug and give it a good stir. Pour your delicious mixture into 4 ice lolly moulds and pop them in the freezer for 24 hours or until set.
4. Take your lollies out the freezer when you are ready to enjoy them. If you want to be extra fancy, you can melt 50g of white chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl on the hob and drizzle it over your lolly!
