Gingernut Banana Ice Cream

Learn how to make a delicious bowl of Gingernut flavoured banana ice cream. It's the perfect guilt free dessert...and it's vegan!

What to do:

1. Chop up two bananas into small chunks, put in a bag or tub and pop into the freezer overnight.

 

2. The next day, throw your frozen banana into a high powered blender (or food processor) with one Perfect Matcha Spoon of your Gingernut Matcha (you could use Cocoa Matcha for chocolate ice cream).

 

3. Mix in your blender or food processor, until it the mixture has a smooth, ice cream consistency. It may take a little while and if your blender is struggling a bit, pop in a splash of milk.

 

4. When it has become delicious looking (and smelling) ice cream, serve in a bowl or large teacup and top with anything you want. We recommend granola or coconut flakes.

 

5. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
