Finally a proper gluten free loaf

What a find, a bread mix thats firstly easy to make. However mostly importantly gives you the taste of decent proper home made loaf thats doesnt taste like cardboard!

Was struggling to get bread flour so thought I'd try this and so pleased I did.
Just a shame you don't have a shop in the north east
