Wafts of cinnamon, rose & cloves alert you to nearby Vampires!
0
If wafts of cinnamon, rose & cloves catch you unawares when you are alone in the woods, take care as the legend goes they are the telltale scents that a vampire is nearby!
Chief Mixologist Krisi says: 'After chatting to our fans about their favourite books to enjoy with a good cuppa (for the Bookworm Collection) I realised that fantasy, sci fi & in particular vampire literature was being mentioned a lot!
A fan of this genre myself I wanted to create a unique blend that would reflect the legend & folklore around the vampire attachment to scent & aroma. According to many of our favourite books vampires have a distinct scent - Cinnamon, cloves & rose. (Where as a vampire can always tell if a human is nearby as they smell aromas of honey, chamomile & lemon thyme!).
Inspiration taken from the best vampire sources: All Souls Trilogy, Lost Boys, Twilight & True Blood!'

Gorgeous mellow spiciness and soothing floral notes - so wonderfully aromatic, I love the smell when you open the tin and it tastes every bit as good - So sad I am down to my last couple of spoonfuls and that this is no longer available - really hope it come back

This is the best thing you will ever brew! It’s a hug in a mug, stop reading this and go buy some, you really won’t regret it!

This tea was a surprise hit. The strong spicy flavours are perfectly balanced by the delicate florals. Gorgeous, I hope they bring this one back next year

Bought this as a gift for my mums tattoo artist, she had been looking for something healthier and refreshing to drink rather than the usual teas and coffees.
Been drinking this myself since it came out and absolutely love it!
I love green tea but I find many blends are so similar. This is brilliant! I wasn’t initially sold on the description, but the rose and clove are not over-powering. It smells beautiful, and the addition of the clove brings a really nice warming feature to the drink. Winner!
The bouquet in this is beautiful and its the first thing you notice. There is a lot of rose in this tea, not a problem for me since I can never have too much rose but if you're looking for something more woody this isn't really the one for you. Cinnamon and cloves give it a lovely spicy undertone. This is definitely a new favorite of mine and not just because of the awesome name.
It's a nice tea, but as I love spices this one just didn't hit the jackpot for me. Also, there were a bit too many rose petals and as I'm not a fan of flowery teas, I've find them a bit too overpowering especially odour-wise.
Hands down the best rose infused tea I've ever tasted. This blend is my idea of heaven, and I have tried countless similar blends. What struck me when I opened the package was the strong scent, it actually made my mouth water and I'm looking into ways I can infuse it with oils so I can wear it. Absolutely delicious, warming and other-worldly.
If you’re not big on teas that taste like perfume in anyway, probably not the one for you. Maybe I brewed it wrong or needed to add honey or lemon, but all I could taste was the rose
I love a rose flavour tea, so this hits the right spot! I put one teaspoon in my cold tea bottle (it’s a bold flavour) and it’s a lovely refreshing drink. Can’t wait to try it hot!
I bought this because I liked the name, and I was a little concerned about the roses if I’m honest. In reality, it’s a smoky delight, with just enough of a funeral bouquet to make you feel louche and decadent. I love it!
This is Ideal now that the darker nights are just starting to come in. The rose works very well with the winter spices. It'll be my main tea now until late spring.
This works really well, the cinnamon balances out the rose... Adding this to my regular stock for sure, don't take it away too soon!
